NATURAL
Ten plus years of artisanal craft, centuries of family heritage and Arsos village tradition.
For more than a decade we have been making authentic grape vinegars the way Arsos had always made it — slowly and naturally fermented in century old terracotta jars. Every bottle begins in our own vineyards, where the Mavro grape variety has been cultivated for centuries on the limestone soil of the south-west slopes of Troodos mountains, where vines are growing for the past 3,500 years continuously.
Entirely chemicals-free, our grape vinegars are rich in anthocyanins, hydroxycinnamic acids and stilbenoids — known to promote longevity.

Why Our Vinegars Are Different
Traditional Method
Naturally fermented and slowly aged, using the traditional method carried out through generations.
High Altitude Quality
Vineyards, set at 900m above sea level in the limestone Troodos Mountains with superior flavour and nutrition.
100% Pure & Natural
Chemicals free raw materials, with no preservatives, or additives, or artificial flavors or colors — just purity, patience and passion
Rich in Antioxidants
Made from the ancient unchanged DNA Mavro Vitis Vinifera grape variety. Rich in anthocyanins, hydroxycinnamic acids and stilbenoids — known to promote longevity.

Two expressions of one ancient grape variety.
A bright, naturally fermented grape vinegar for everyday cooking, and a high viscosity, slowly aged balsamic vinegar with a deep, layered sweetness and a sharp clean vinegar taste. Both made only from our own Mavro grapes harvested in Arsos.
